Our products are directly shipped from our factory in China to your hands, and oversized items can only be transported by sea. The estimated transportation time is about 50 days, and after arriving at the destination, you will need to bring your own forklift for unloading.

2.Return

As it is a very large item, if there is any damage during transportation, we can send you replacement parts for the damaged parts free of charge. If the product is damaged beyond a certain percentage, we will process a full refund or send you a brand new product.
